Unfortunately due to the process involved for all personalised jewellery, changes cannot be made once an order is placed. We therefore highly recommend you double-check the spelling, whether you would like your message in uppercase/lowercase/sentence case and the placement of the message on the correct side, prior to checkout. Our team copies and pastes the text as received and therefore is NOT liable for errors due to incorrect provision. A refund is not eligible in this regard and nor are discounts offered to rectify errors.

If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout please get in touch within 24 hours. Once we have posted your order it is then YOUR responsibility to contact the shipping provider to rectify this.

If an order fails to arrive due to incorrect input of an address, we are not liable for refunding or replacing the order

We value our quality of service and aim to deliver all orders within 2-12 working days. If you have not received your order, firstly check whether it is a pre-order item in this case, your order will be delivered 2-12 days after the date of stock arrival.

Pre-order items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in stock. Following this all orders are efficiently packaged and we aim to ship within 2-12 working days.

All personalised jewellery is non-refundable. However if an item if damaged please get in touch at hello@zyxluxe.com and we will assess your refund request. We have a vigorous quality assurance process prior to shipment which aims to minimise any damage or defect of our products.

We value the quality of our products, our service and delivery and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However if you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund. Please email us at hello@zyxluxe.com. We will require photographic evidence of any damage and defect, all items MUST be unworn. Every refund request is individually assessed and we require the product and package posted back to us, via the postage label we will supply you with.

It may take 7 working days for us to review and receive your product/package and accept your refund. Once a refund has been initiated on our end, it can take up to 5-7 working days for your bank to re-issue the amount.

We have partnered with certified suppliers to provide the best quality jewellery! We use premium stainless steal as the base for all our products.

Our products are then coated in real 18k gold, 18k rose gold plating or 925 silver.

Our purpose is to supply high quality jewellery at an affordable price. Therefore, we do not compromise on the quality of our products. Every piece navigates through 4 quality assurance steps and is then inspected with magnification to ensure we live up to our high standard!

All our personalised jewellery is handcrafted and manually placed for engravement. We try our absolute best to ensure alignment, however due to the hand placement of each piece alignment discrepancies may occur.
